Organization-Wide Services

Starting in 2024, we have introduced a new branch titled Organization-Wide Services to SC Project RISHI. This innovative branch serves as a bridge between our two existing branches: RISHI Projects and Community Engagement. By integrating the overarching functions of finance and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) into one cohesive unit, this branch ensures that our initiatives are not only executed effectively but are also aligned with our core values. 

Within this branch, the Director of Finance and the Director of DEI work closely alongside the President(s) to create a holistic approach to organizational management. The Director of Finance is tasked with ensuring that our community engagements and projects are financially viable in the long term, maintaining a balance between cost-efficiency and the quality of services provided. Meanwhile, the Director of DEI plays a critical role in ensuring that our efforts are reflective of the diverse needs of the communities we serve.

Overall,  the Organization-Wide Services branch functions as the backbone of SC Project RISHI, harmonizing our efforts across all areas to create a cohesive, sustainable, and equitable impact on the communities we engage with.
